Fresh. Sanitized. Ready for Move-In. Perform for homes are that are already in good condition but need a thorough refresh before you unpack. I focus on primary living areas and high-touch surfaces to ensure the home is move-in ready.
Detailed Move-In
Feels close to brand new. For those who want an elevated detail and a deeper reset throughout the entire home. This services goes beyond a standard refresh and provides a comprehensive whole-home detail. Ideal for homes with buildup, cosmetic wear, or those wanting a near "like new" feeling.
Luxury White Glove
No corner untouched. Designed for high-end clients, post-renovation homes, or properties requiring a full restoration level detail. This is the most comprehensive service and is reserved for homes that need intensive attention and complete surface-level restoration.
